Great location! 5 to 10 Minute drive to anything in town. Recently remodeled. Very quiet even though the place was full! We stayed at a competitor a few months back when we were visiting…Butler Inn room was just as nice and HALF THE COST of the competitor. I received nightly text asking if they could do anything to make our stay better. I truly love the fact that they want their guests to have a pleasant experience. I had two issues during our stay…I sent a text to the front desk and both issues were resolved in under 15 minutes. When We were walking out in the mornings, housekeeping staff greeted us and asked if we needed services on our room each day. Honestly, we chose this place for this trip based on price. However, this will be our go to place when we visit our son in Grad school

The location was nice, and the cost was affordable for our one income family. We also liked that they have updated rooms. One big plus, was the fact it had a nice sitting chair, as it's hard for me to sit in a bed in between being out and sleeping. Honestly, a sitting chair is a necessity for me when looking at places to stay. Our room had it's own mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, which was convenient and used. We also prefer at least a queen size bed to sleep comfortably, so being able to get 2 queens instead of 2 doubles was another big sale for our family. We plan to stay here again the next time we're in town.

This is a great little hotel for anyone looking to have more privacy than what you would typically get versus the larger hotels in Oxford. The staff are all incredibly friendly, and the housekeepers do a great job with stay-over service and overall room cleanliness. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet getaway for them and their loved ones! They also have a beautiful garden and a fire pit which is an amenity I don’t think any of the other hotels offer!

The staff were excellent, polite, and welcoming. The manager checked in via text to see how our stay was going and if they could do anything for us. The property was very clean, and recently remodeled. For the area, it was a bargain to stay at, which is important to me, as I travel a lot and hotels can get very pricey. It was a great stay, and I plan on staying there in the future!

I’ve stayed here multiple times while visiting my son who is in college. Of the places to stay that are on the fringe of campus, this is by far the cleanest. Staff is always friendly and send texts throughout your stay to make sure you are satisfied with your stay.
